Software Return Policy:

Unopened software: Trinity Liquidations will accept returns of unopened software as long as the product is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The software must be in the original condition and must not be damaged in any way. The product must include the product key codes. You will be charged a minimum 3.5% restocking  fee and a  handling fee.

Defective Software: Defective software may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a replacement only.

Opened/Used Software: We DO NOT accept returns on Opened/Used Software.

Trinity Liquidations reserves the right to deny the return of any product we deem tampered with at our discretion.

These return policies are industry standard for all software and media products due to piracy issues.

Include a copy of your original invoice, reason for return and phone number. You will be contacted as soon as the return is received and in process.
