Trinity Software Distribution ships packages Monday through Friday. Most orders received before 3:00pm (EST) will be sent the same day. Free shipping applies only to the continental United States. If you choose a FedEx option and your product is not available to ship within 24 hours, a representative will call and notify you of the expected ship date within 1 business day.
Rates for shipping within the United States:
Delivery takes 5 - 8 business days from the ship date. Please allow 2 business days for processing. If your order is over $400 it will automatically be upgraded to Free FedEx Ground.
Post Office: $5.00
Delivery takes 3 - 6 business days from the ship date. If your order is over $400 it will automatically be upgraded to FedEx Ground.
Fedex Ground: $8.00
Your order will be shipped out FedEx Ground delivery. FedEx Ground typically takes between 2 - 5 business days from the ship date.
Saver 2-3 Day: $12.00
Your order will be shipped out FedEx Express Saver. Delivery takes 2-3 business days from the ship date.
FedEx 2 Day: $16.00
Your order will be shipped out FedEx 2 Day Air. Delivery will be in 2 business days from the ship date.
FedEx Standard Overnight: $30.00
Your order will be shipped out FedEx Standard Overnight. Delivery will be the next business day from the ship date.
FedEx Priority Overnight: $40.00
Your order will be shipped out FedEx Priority Overnight. Delivery will be the next business day by 10:30a.m. from the ship date.
Express Saturday: $50.00
Your order will be shipped out FedEx Saturday Delivery. Delivery will be made on Saturday. This method can only be selected on Friday. Please call to see if this service delivers in your area.
*Please Note: Trinity Software Distribution Inc. only ships to addresses in the United States and territories of the United States. We only accept orders from Canada by mail. Acceptable payment types for orders from Canada are money order or cashier's check only. Customers
who are shipping to Canada must choose one of the following international shipping options.

Pricing & Product Availability
The majority of our products will ship the same or next day with the advertised price, but there will be exceptions. Because of market fluctuations, products may not always be in stock. We will do our best to update the website as to current availability. Some items may require a few extra days to get to our warehouse before they can be shipped to you. If that is the case, please be patient, as our price is worth it.
All FedEx orders placed for products in stock, before 3:00 PM (EST) on any business day will be shipped the same day, subject to credit approval and product availability. We encourage our customers to use the same billing/shipping address as it expedites the credit approval process, however, having a different billing/shipping address is acceptable. We do not accept orders with billing and shipping information in two different countries. Shipping charges can be viewed while placing the order and are based on flat rate shipping chosen by the customer. Please note, our commercial carrier, FedEX, only delivers on business days. This includes expedited shipments.

COD orders must go through an application process for approval. Please call 866-726-3896 to speak with a sales representative.
Money Orders can be mailed to Trinity with a purchase order or print out of the product on our site and shipping instructions.
Software Return Policy:
Unopened software: Trinity Software Distribution will accept returns of UNOPENED software as long as the product is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The software must be in the original condition and must not be damaged in any way. The product must include the product key codes. You will be charged a minimum 3.5% restocking fee.
Defective Software: Defective software may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a replacement only.
Opened/Used Software: We DO NOT accept returns on Opened/Used Software unless the product is defective.
Trinity Software Distribution reserves the right to deny the return of any product we deem tampered with at our discretion.
These return policies are industry standard for all software and media products due to piracy issues.
